Analyzing the world with the five themes of geography helps people recognize patterns in the world. Like there are patterns of trade and patterns of religion in places like australia or Africa .It does because it makes people aware. Then people pay attention to it.

The theme of geography that is the hardest to understand is Region. I get it confused with place and location. It has the most confusing meaning.

I find Cardinal direction easy because I do those things in boy scouts. I often use a compass during boy scouts. I mostly struggle with coordinates. I don’t always get it right and it confuses me. I usually mess up which are north south east or west. By coordinates i mean longitude and latitude. You need them to navigate. You can’t travel without them. Otherwise you would be lost.
